Spring 2026 Online Course – DRIVEN School of Driving LLC
Thank you for your interest in our driver’s education program through DRIVEN School of Driving LLC. Students must have a valid learner’s permit before enrolling in this course.
Driving Pickup Location: Sioux Center, Hull and Rock Valley
Classroom Format: The classroom portion of this course is online and self-paced through Canvas. We have developed a high-quality curriculum that is approved by the State of Iowa and meets all required state standards.
Behind-the-Wheel Driving Options
Students may choose one of the following options to complete the behind-the-wheel portion of the program:
3:3 Ratio
- 3 hours of driving with a certified instructor
- 3 hours of driving with a parent (recorded and submitted via Dropbox)
- Best for students with solid driving experience and supportive practice at home
- Cost: $350
1:5 Ratio
- 1 hour of driving with a certified instructor
- 5 hours of driving with a parent (recorded and submitted via Dropbox)
- Ideal for confident students who are nearly independent behind the wheel
- Cost: $300
A fuel surcharge may apply if gas prices exceed $4.00/gallon.

Important Dates:
- Registration Deadline: February 8, 2026
(A $25 late fee applies after this date) - Class Start Date: February 11, 2026
- Learner’s Permit Due: February 11, 2026
- Parent & Student Zoom Meeting: Pre-recorded Zoom sent out prior to the start date
- Classroom Work Deadline: (Date will be communicated during the course)
Driving Schedule
Drives are scheduled by the parent and student based on availability from our weekly driving calendar. All drives will be based out of Sioux Center, Hull, or Rock Valley and completed with a driving partner. Driving sessions may extend up to 45 days after the classroom deadline.
Program Policies
- Students must have a valid learner’s permit by February 11, 2026 to participate
- No refunds will be issued for this course
- Students who do not pass the classroom and/or driving portion must retake the course at full cost
